Why do I need to update my payment details?

If it takes the provider a week or more to accept your booking (which happens very rarely), you will need to update your payment details. This happens as the pre-authorization on your credit card cannot be stored forever and automatically expires after a few days. But don't worry - in order to receive your booking confirmation, you just have to enter your credit card number again.

The easiest way to do that is via your CheckYeti profile. Just log in here Login your CheckYeti account, go to "Bookings" and then click on "Update payment info" and fill in the missing data. As soon as this is done, you will receive the booking confirmation via email.
