You are considering booking your activity but are unsure because of the current Covid-19 situation? 

In order to help you book with confidence, we created a new Covid-19 cancellation policy that allows you to get a full refund if one of the following conditions applies:


You will get a full refund if:

✔ Your activity provider has to cancel the activity due to new Covid-19 restrictions. 

✔ You can not enter the region where the activity takes place or leave your own region.

You cannot participate in your activity because of a Covid-19 infection or a mandatory quarantine.* 

* You might require a medical certificate or another form of proof. The booking needs to be canceled at least 24 hours before the start of the activity.


And what happens if your travel plans change due to any other reason?

        1. We offer super flexible cancellation policies that allow you to cancel at short notice. 

Most of our offers include our Flexi Cancellation Policy. That means you can cancel up to 24 hours before the start of your activity and receive a full refund. Just look out for the “✔️ Free Cancellation” sign:

        2. Very fast refund processing

In case your activity cannot take place, we will refund your money within 7 days. Last summer, when we had to cancel several bookings, our customers all received their refunds within a couple of days.
