In order to help you book your activity with confidence, we have collected the following information on our Covid-19 cancellation policies:


You will get a full refund if your booking has been affected by Covid-19 and the following conditions apply: 


✔ The resort where you booked your lessons closes due to new Covid-19 restrictions.

✔ Your activity provider has to cancel the activity due to new Covid-19 restrictions. 

✔ You can not enter the country where the lessons take place or leave the country due to borders being closed.


And what happens if your travel plans change? 

Don’t worry! In addition, you can at any point cancel your activity 👉


        1. We offer super flexible cancellation policies

Most of our offers are on Flexi Cancellation Policy. That means you can cancel up to 24 hours before the start of your activity and receive a full refund. Just look out for the “✔️ Free Cancellation” sign: 


   


        2. Very fast refund processing

In case your activity cannot take place, we refund your money within 7 days. Last winter, when we had to cancel a large number of bookings, our customers all received their refunds within a couple of days.
