You have an existing booking? 

If your travel plans had to change due to Covid-19, we are here to help. 


Should you not be able to participate in your booked activity, you have the following 2 options: 

  1. Reschedule the activity to a later date. Just let us know via the following contact form for when you would like to reschedule your activity. We will align with your activity provider and send you an updated booking confirmation. 


  1. Cancel the activity. If rescheduling is not an option, you can of course cancel your booking. Please also let us know through this contact form, or find out here how you can cancel yourself


In addition to our normal cancellation policies, we created a Covid-19 cancellation policy that allows you to get a full refund if one of the following conditions applies: 

  1. Your activity provider has to cancel the activity due to reasons related to the virus. 

  2. New government restrictions prohibit the activity or the travel to the activity. 

  3. You cannot participate in your activity because of a Covid-19 infection or a mandatory quarantine.* 


* You will require a medical certificate or other form of proof. The booking needs to be canceled at least 24 hours before the start of the activity.

Health & safety measures 

To protect your health and safety, all outdoor activities have to comply with local regulations regarding Covid-19. Therefore providers take specific safety measures, such as limiting the number of participants per group or activity. Please also respect the regulations in their facilities like wearing masks or keeping a safe distance to other people. They will be happy to inform you about the measures before your activity takes place to ensure a safe experience for you.
