How can I change my email address?

If you would like to change the email address linked to your account, please contact our support team so we can make the update for you. This is the email we use to send you general checkyeti communications and booking requests or confirmations. Once changed, all future communications will be sent to your new address.

The same process applies if you need to change the email associated with your accounting profile, which is where you receive payment invoices.

Please be aware that our official communications can sometimes end up in your spam folder. Unfortunately, this is beyond checkyeti's control and may prevent you from seeing important messages, such as last-minute booking requests.
