How can I refund a booking that has already been paid to me?

If the booking has not yet been paid out to you, you can follow the standard refund request process (learn more about refund requests).

However, sometimes a refund is requested after we have already transferred the payment for the activity to your bank account. In these cases, we will work closely with you to complete the refund. This can be managed in two ways:

A. You refund the customer directly
This is the fastest and easiest way to manage a refund for a booking you have already been paid for.
  1. Our support team will email you the customer’s bank details and the total refund amount (this amount includes the commission).
  2. You issue the refund directly to the customer.
  3. Once completed, please send us proof of the transaction.
  4. Our team will then reimburse the commission amount back to you.
B. Refund via checkyeti
In exceptional situations, such as when the customer is located outside the EU, the best option is to process the refund through checkyeti.
  1. We will provide you with our bank details to receive the refund amount.
  2. You transfer the total refund amount back to our account.
  3. Please send us the transaction receipt for quick verification.
  4. Once we receive the funds, we will complete the refund directly to the customer.
