If you wish to cancel your voucher purchase, you can do so within 14 days of the purchase date to receive a full refund. To request this, please get in touch with our support team here.
Separately, if an activity you booked with a voucher is cancelled by the activity provider, the amount used will be automatically credited back to your original voucher code. You can then use the same code to book a new adventure.
