If you change your mind, you can revoke the purchase of your gift voucher within 14 days after purchase and receive the refund of the full amount. Please contact our Support Team in this case.
In case that your activity booked with a voucher is cancelled or declined by the provider, the amount spent for the booking will go back to the voucher code in order to re-use it for a new booking.
