I am not eligible for a refund due to cancellation policy, can I still be reimbursed?

CheckYeti can only refund the amounts agreed with our providers according to the cancellation policies, terms and conditions - informed to the customer during the booking process. This said, any refund outside these statements would have to be directly discussed with the provider of the activity or service booked, since this would be an exceptional transaction.
