Your CheckYeti customer account is where you can find all the information regarding your bookings ("Bookings"), as well as your customer contact details ("Profile"), and where you have access to chat directly with the providers of your activities and services ("Messages"). Each tab will get you to these three main actions.
Once you log in (check here how to do so!) you will be able to:
- Change your contact details like name, last name, phone number or preferred language of communication.
- Check all the details of your bookings (ID, activity booked, starting date and time, meeting place, duration, your provider information, and more).
- Cancel your booking if you need to (check here how to cancel your booking from your account!)
- Contact directly your provider via the messaging tool by clicking on the tab "Send message" in your booking details.
- Leave a review of your activity or service once you have enjoyed it!
