Your checkyeti account is your personal space to easily manage all your activities. If you need help accessing it, you can find instructions here: How do I log in to my checkyeti account?
Once you're logged in, your account allows you to:
- View all booking details: In the Bookings section, you can find everything you need for your upcoming activities. This includes the booking ID, start date and time, meeting point, and information about your activity provider. You can also access your ticket or voucher here.
- Chat with your activity provider: Have a question about your activity? Use the Messages section to contact your activity provider directly.
- Manage your profile: In your Profile, you can easily update your contact information, such as your name, phone number, and preferred language.
- Cancel a booking: If your plans change, you can cancel your booking directly from your account. For a step-by-step guide, please read our article: How do I cancel my booking?
- Leave a review: After your activity has taken place, you can share your experience by leaving a review. This helps other customers and provides valuable feedback to the activity provider.
