When receiving a message from the provider of your activity (via email) you can answer to it by clicking in the green field "Reply now". It will take you to your CheckYeti Customer account and will open the direct chat with the provider you booked with, so you will be able to contact them right away.
This is how you can do it:
- Click on "Reply now" in the email you received (as shown in the picture below)
- Log in your CheckYeti customer account with the email and password you set when signed up. *NOTE: If it is your first time accessing to your CheckYeti account, here you will find how to do it!
- Click on "Messages" tab and... Go ahead! You can already answer to your activity provider!
