I forgot my password, what can I do?

If you know your current password, you can change it by accessing your account, clicking on the "Profile details" section, and then selecting "Change password." You will be asked to enter your old password and confirm the new one.

Alternatively, you can simply click on the button "Forgot your password?" you find in the login page. By doing so, you will receive an automated email that will allow you to reset your password.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it using our chatbot, located in the bottom right corner of your account page. Simply access the menu and select "reset password," then enter your email when prompted. Our team will receive your request and send you a temporary password, which you can change in the "Profile details" section once logged in.
