How can I change my email address?

If you would like to change the email address linked to your account, through which general CheckYeti communications and bookings requests/confirmations are sent, please contact our support team (here's how to do it) so we can make the update for you. Once changed, all CheckYeti emails will be sent to your new address.

The same applies if you need to change the email associated with your accounting profile, where you receive payment invoices.

Please be aware that sometimes CheckYeti's official communications may end up in your spam folder. Unfortunately, this is beyond CheckYeti’s control and may prevent you from seeing important messages, such as last-minute booking requests, in a timely manner.
If you notice that you’re not receiving any communications, we recommend checking your spam folder. If our emails are there, mark the sender (CheckYeti) as trusted to ensure all future communications arrive correctly in your main inbox.
