In this article, you’ll find a brief introduction to all the features available in your partner account
New requests
If you've set your booking mode to "on request," this is where you'll find all open requests. To confirm a request, click "Accept". If you're unable to confirm the request as it is but would like to offer an alternative to the customer before confirming, click "Propose Alternative". In case you need additional information from the customer before confirming, click "Send Message". If you cannot confirm the booking and there are no suitable alternatives (or if the customer does not agree with the proposed alternative), click "Decline" and complete the cancellation request.
Booking management
All confirmed bookings will appear in this section. Here, you can view the details of each booking and filter bookings by start date or status, including declined and canceled bookings. In this section, you also have the option to download the lists of bookings and participants based on the selected date filter.
Messages
In this section, you can view and manage all conversations with customers. Through the chat, you can inform customers of any alternatives if the requested activity is unavailable, or request and provide additional information beyond what has already been shared.
Billing details
In this section, you are asked to enter your personal information and the bank account details through which you will receive payments from CheckYeti.
Invoices
In this section, you can view and download all invoices issued during our bi-monthly payments.
Profile details
Here you will find the profile details that will appear on the pages of your active offers on the CheckYeti website. In this section, you can upload your company logo, a background image for your CheckYeti profile page, and set your language and currency preferences.
Meeting place
In this section, you can view all the meeting points added by our team for your activities. If you notice any inaccuracies or would like to request changes, please contact our support team.
Calendar management
Here you’ll find all the calendars for your activities, along with the option to manage unavailable dates or periods when you don’t want to receive bookings. Simply select the dates and click "Sold Out" or "Block".
Price overview
Once our team has completed setting up your offers, you’ll be able to review the prices entered for each offer in this section. If you notice any errors in the pricing, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary adjustments.
Quota management
In this section, you can review the direct booking quotas set for your offer.
Discounts
If you’d like to apply discounts to your offers, you can do so here. By clicking "Add New Discount", you can set the discount percentage, its duration, and select which offers it will apply to.

You can access your account from both the desktop and mobile versions of CheckYeti. However, the desktop version provides a full list of all sections, while the mobile version offers a more limited selection. This means you might find it difficult to access certain sections on mobile alone. For a complete view and to access all features, we recommend using a computer!
