I confirmed a booking - what's next?

If you have set your bookings to on-request mode and have accepted the request, the booking is now confirmed. Our system has sent a confirmation to both you and the customer.

You can view the booking details anytime in the "Booking Management" section of your partner account.

A reminder will be sent to the customer 24 hours before the activity begins, keeping them updated on their upcoming booking.

Remember, if you need to contact the customer regarding the confirmed booking, you can do so through the CheckYeti chat or by using the customer’s phone contact found in the booking details. For more information on contacting customers, please refer to this section.
