Customers can cancel their bookings by accessing their CheckYeti account or by contacting our support team.
Whenever a customer cancels a booking, you will receive an email notification, and the booking status will be updated in the "Booking Management" section of your account. Here’s what the status labels mean:
Cancelled - Refunded: This label indicates that the customer canceled within the timeframe specified by your cancellation policy, and they have received an automatic refund. This tag also appears if the booking was canceled and partially refunded.
Cancelled (no Refunded tag): If there is no "Refunded" tag, it means the booking was canceled but not refunded. This can occur if the customer canceled outside the timeframe allowed by the cancellation policy, or if the policy does not provide a refund upon cancellation.
By keeping an eye on these status labels, you can easily manage and track any changes to your bookings.
