Why was my booking request declined?

You can see the reason why your booking was declined by the provider in the decline message that was sent to you via email.

Do not worry - you will of course not be charged for this booking, and the pre-authorization on your credit card has already been released. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 days now for the amount to show on your account.
