You can see the reason why your booking request was declined by the provider in the decline message that was sent to you via email.
Do not worry - you will of course not be charged for the booking. If you paid with credit card, the pre-authorization will be released.
If, on the other hand, you paid with PayPal or via bank transfer, the full amount will be refunded according to the processing time of the selected payment method.
