checkyeti offers three different cancellation policies: Flexi, Standard, and Strict. The policy assigned to your activity determines the refund amount if you need to cancel.
Flexi
- Full refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the activity.
Standard
- Full refund if you cancel up to 31 days before the start of the activity.
- 80% refund if you cancel between 30 and 8 days before the start of the activity.
- 50% refund if you cancel between 7 days and 24 hours before the start of the activity.
Strict
- 90% refund if you cancel up to 31 days before the start of the activity.
- 50% refund if you cancel between 30 and 8 days before the start of the activity.
How to Find Your Specific Policy
There are two easy ways to see which cancellation policy applies to your booking:
- Booking Confirmation Email: the policy is clearly stated in the booking confirmation PDF that was attached to the email you received after booking.
