The easiest way to cancel your booking is through your checkyeti account. Here's how:
- Log in to your account. If you need help accessing your account for the first time, please see this article.
- Go to the Bookings section.
- Find the relevant booking and click Cancel booking.
- The activity's specific cancellation policy will now be displayed. Please review it carefully before you confirm the cancellation, as this policy determines if you are eligible for a refund.
- Select a reason for the cancellation and provide a short explanation in the text box.
Important: Your booking is only officially cancelled once you have received a cancellation confirmation by email. If you don't receive it within an hour, please check your spam folder.
