I'm trying to cancel my booking but it does not work. Help!

Please double-check if the reason for cancelling you stated contains a minimum of 30 characters. Make sure you have selected a reason to cancel.

If the issue still persists, please send us a request including the booking you would like to cancel, the reason, the error message you received, and ideally also the browser you used.
