Am I required to send an invoice to customers?

Yes. As the direct activity provider and legal contract partner, you are responsible for issuing an invoice if a customer requests one.

checkyeti acts as a booking intermediary. While we handle the booking and payment processing, the service agreement exists solely between you and the customer. Therefore, checkyeti cannot issue invoices for the activities you provide.

Please note that the invoice should include the total amount paid by the customer, including the commission percentage.
