# How do I change or reset my password?

Forgot your password or need to change your current one? Follow the steps below to find out how.

**How to change your password (if you know your current one)**  
If you know your current password and want to change it:

1. Log in to your checkyeti account.
2. Click on the ***Profile details*** section.
3. Select the***Change password*** option.
4. You will be asked to enter your old password and then confirm your new password.

**How to reset your password (if you have forgotten it)**  
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using the following method:

1. Go to the[**checkyeti login page**](https://provider.checkyeti.com/en/login/auth).
2. Click the ***Forgot your password?*** link located under the login fields.
3. Enter the email addressassociated with your account.
4. You will receive an automated email with a link and instructions to create your new password.

 If the password reset system does not work, please contact our support team.
