What do I receive when a customer books one of my offers?

When a customer books one of your offers, you receive a booking notification via email.

If your offers are set to direct booking mode, the customer will receive instant confirmation of the booking. You will also receive a notification confirming the booking. The email will include the details of the booked offer, along with the customer’s contact information and phone number. You can also find all this information in the Booking Management section of your partner account.

If your offers are set to booking request mode, you will receive the customer’s request, which you must manually accept within 24 hours. We encourage you to review our dedicated section for more information on managing booking requests.
