How will I receive my booking details?

After completing your booking, we will send a booking confirmation email to the address you provided. Please remember to also check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Your confirmation email contains everything you need for your upcoming activity. Here is what you will find inside:

  • Your unique booking ID for each activity (e.g., CHYET1).
  • The status of your booking, which will be either confirmed or waiting for confirmation.
  • Key activity details, including the start time, meeting point, and the activity provider's contact information.
  • A PDF ticket attached for each booking. This is your official voucher and contains important information, such as what to bring for the activity and other recommendations.
