Getting ready for your activity is simple! On the day, you just need to show your booking confirmation to the activity provider.
The most important piece of information is your booking ID. This is a 6-character code (a mix of letters and numbers, for example, CHYET1) that the activity provider uses to identify you and your booking. You can find the booking ID in the confirmation email we sent you.
Please note: The booking ID is different from your order number (which starts with a P, like P-673795291). The order number is for your reference only; your activity provider will only recognize your booking ID.
When it comes to showing your confirmation, you don't need to worry about printing it. Simply have the digital copy ready on your phone or tablet. A printed copy is also welcome if that's easier for you.
