- Your cancellation policy only allows a partial refund of the total amount of your booking. Cancellation policies are stated while in the booking process and set specific time frames and percentages eligible to be reimbursed for every activity and service in CheckYeti.
- The refund for amount for shortened activities may not be proportional to the reduced hours. Please note that some providers offer a regressive pricing structure, making each additional day cheaper than the previous. In this case, the refund amount generally is the difference between the initially booked price and the price for the used duration.
