checkyeti’s service fees are always refunded in cases where the booking cancellation (or decline of the booking request) is initiated by the activity provider due to force majeure reasons (e.g. bad weather, minimum number of participants not reached, or other unforeseen circumstances preventing the normal execution of the activity).
In this case, the refund of the service fees is processed automatically, and you will be notified via email.
The refund, as well as the charge of the service fees, is processed separately from the amount paid for the activity. Therefore, you will receive the refund of the service fees in a separate transaction. The technical processing time for the refund may vary depending on the bank, but it generally takes up to 10 working days.
Please note that if you decide to cancel your booking yourself, the service fees are not refunded.
