My ski/snowboard lessons has been cancelled. Can I get a refund for the equipment?

Yes, if your ski/snowboard lesson booking has been declined by the ski school, and you no longer need the booked equipment, you can cancel and get a refund for your rental.

You can cancel your rental booking on your own (find how to do it here), but make sure to do so at least 24 hours before the service begins, as per our cancellation policy. This will ensure you receive an automatic refund.

If your booking is scheduled in less than 24 hours, please contact us directly via email or through our contact form, and we'll handle the cancellation and maybe a possible refund for you.
