When a customer books one of your offers, you’ll receive a booking notification via email.
If your offers are set to "direct booking" mode, the customer will receive instant confirmation of the booking. You’ll also receive a notification confirming the booking. The email will include the details of the booked offer, along with the customer’s contact information and phone number. You can also find all this information in the "booking management" section of your provider account (learn more about the sections of your account in this article).
If your offers are set to "booking request" mode, you’ll receive the customer’s request, which you must manually accept within 24 hours. We encourage you to review this dedicated section for more information on managing booking requests.
