We understand that sometimes activities can’t proceed as originally planned (for example, due to weather conditions, it might be necessary to reschedule to a different date).
If you need to modify a booking, the first essential step is to communicate with the customer to agree on the necessary changes. Only by discussing with the customer can you find a suitable alternative if the original request cannot be fulfilled!

Once you have agreed on the changes with the customer, please inform us so we can update the booking and send the customer an updated booking confirmation with all agreed modifications.
The easiest way to request a modification is to contact our support team via the chatbot in the lower right corner of your partner account (by clicking on the "Modify a booking" option and filling in the required fields), or by reaching us through phone or WhatsApp (find all our contact details here).
