What are the cancellation policies at CheckYeti?

At CheckYeti, we apply three different types of cancellation policies:

  • Flexi: The customer receives a full refund if they cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the booked activity.
  • Standard: The customer receives a full refund if they cancel at least 31 days before the start of the booked activity, 80% if they cancel between 30 and 8 days before, and 50% if they cancel between 7 and 24 hours before the activity starts.
  • Strict: The customer receives a 90% refund if they cancel at least 31 days before the start of the booked activity, and a 50% refund if they cancel between 30 and 8 days before.

As our partner, you can choose the cancellation policy that best suits your activities and the way you prefer to manage your bookings. When starting the collaboration, you will be asked to indicate the cancellation policy you would like to apply to your bookings.
