Yes, if a customer requests an invoice for their booking, it is your responsibility as the direct service provider to issue it to them. Since CheckYeti operates as a booking intermediary, we cannot issue invoices directly to customers.
Should a customer reach out to us for an invoice, we’ll promptly inform you and provide the necessary details for issuing it.
Please note that the invoice should include the total amount paid by the customer, including the commission percentage.
