When is my booking confirmed?

How your booking is confirmed depends on the type of offer you selected. On checkyeti, there are two types of confirmation processes:

  • Direct Booking: If your activity is a direct booking, your spot is confirmed the moment you complete your payment. You will immediately receive a booking confirmation email containing your ticket and all the necessary details for your activity.
  • Booking Request: Some activities require a booking request, which means the activity provider needs to confirm their availability manually. After you complete the payment process, you will receive an email acknowledging your request.

The activity provider then has up to 24 hours to respond in one of the following ways:

  • Booking is Accepted: You will receive an official booking confirmation email, and your spot is secured.
  • An Alternative is Offered: If your requested time is unavailable, the activity provider may suggest an alternative date or time. You can choose to accept the new option or decline it. If you decline, your booking request will be cancelled.
  • Booking is Declined: If the activity provider cannot accommodate your request, you will be notified via email that your booking was declined.

Booking within the next 48 hours?
For last-minute requests, our team works closely with the activity provider to secure your spot. We may send you an email asking about your flexibility with dates and times. Replying promptly helps us find the best available options for you if your original request needs any adjustment.
