If your group size has changed, here’s how you can request an update to your booking.
Reducing the number of participants
In most cases, you can reduce the number of participants. Please remember that the cancellation policy for the activity will apply to the participants you wish to remove, which will determine if a partial refund is possible (you can learn more about your booking's cancellation policy here).
To request a reduction in participants, you can send your request to our support team here. Please include your booking ID and the number of participants you would like to remove.
Adding more participants
Adding more people is usually possible as long as there is availability. The process is different depending on whether you booked a group or private activity.
- For group activities: the easiest way to add participants is to make a new booking on our website for the additional people. Please book the same activity for the same date and time. If you can, use the same name on the new booking, so the activity provider knows your groups are traveling together.
- For private activities: please contact your activity provider directly to ask if they can accommodate more people. If they agree, they will inform us of the change and any additional costs.
