When you place a booking request, you will only be charged once your booking gets accepted by the provider. If the provider declines your request, your credit card will not be charged.*
*If you use the payment methods "online bank transfer" or PayPal, you will automatically be debited after we process your booking request, but don't worry! You will also be automatically refunded in case your booking gets declined.
