I haven't received any email after the booking. What should I do?

If you have completed your booking but can't find your confirmation email, don't worry. Here are a few simple steps you can take to resolve the issue.

1. Check your spam or junk folder
Sometimes, automated emails are accidentally filtered away from your main inbox. Please take a moment to check your spam or junk folder, as well as any other tabs you might have (like "Promotions" or "Updates").

2. Check if the activity is on booking request
Some activities are not confirmed instantly. If your booking is a booking request, the confirmation email is only sent after the activity provider manually accepts it. 

3. Consider a typo in the email address
A common reason for a missing confirmation is a small typo in the email address provided during booking. If you suspect this might have happened, please follow the steps in our article on what to do when you've used the wrong email address.
