You can easily get in touch with your activity provider in two different ways.
By phone
You can call the activity provider directly using the phone number listed on your booking confirmation PDF.
Via the messaging platform
You can also send a direct message from your checkyeti profile. Here’s how:
1. Log in to your checkyeti profile (if it's your first time, you can find out how to access your account here).
2. Go to the Bookings section.
3. Find the correct booking and click Send Message.
4. This will open your conversation with the provider under the Messages tab.
