How are kitesurfing lessons structured?

Kitesurfing lessons follow a safe, progressive structure divided into three main phases. You will begin with a theoretical session at the surf school to learn about wind directions, safety systems, and equipment setup. The second phase involves land-based practice or "dry runs" on the beach, where you learn to control the kite's movement and power without a board. Once you have mastered kite control, the final phase takes place in the water, where you practice body dragging and eventually your first water starts with the board. Every activity provider follows this progression to ensure you build the necessary muscle memory and safety awareness before entering the deep water.
