Can I change (extend or shorten) the duration of my booking?

If you wish to extend or shorten the duration of your booking, you must first check directly with the activity provider.

Some activities have a fixed duration and cannot be easily changed. This is especially common for group activities, such as group ski lessons, where the schedule is set for all participants. Your activity provider is the only one who can confirm if a modification is possible.

How to request a change
First, please contact your activity provider to discuss the requested change. You can find instructions on how to reach them here: How do I contact the activity provider?

  • If you want to extend your booking: The provider will check their availability. If they can accommodate you, they will let you know if a new booking is required for the additional time.
  • If you want to shorten your booking: The provider must approve this. Please be aware that any potential refund for the reduced time will depend on your booking's cancellation policy.
