Because slots can fill up very quickly, it is possible your selected date or time is no longer available by the time the provider replies.
If your original slot is unavailable, the activity provider will propose an alternative date or time, or even a similar activity you might be interested in.
You will be notified of this new offer either via an alternative offer email (where you can confirm or decline the new slot directly) or via a new message in your checkyeti account's messaging platform.
- If you accept the new offer: We will confirm your booking for the new date/time and send your final booking confirmation.
- If you decline the new offer: Your request will be cancelled, and you will be fully refunded.
To avoid this situation, we recommend booking your activities well in advance, especially during peak season.
