Why is the offer not available on my preferred date/time?

Sometimes, especially in high season, slots can fill up very quickly, which leads to certain slots not being available anymore. 

If this happens, the activity provider will offer you an alternative, which you will have to confirm via the messaging tool. Please don't forget to answer the provider, as your booking will otherwise not be confirmed. Click here to log in your CheckYeti account

  • If you accept the proposed date/time, we will confirm your booking and change the details. 
  • If you can not accept the proposed date/time, your booking will be cancelled, and you will automatically be fully refunded. 

To avoid this situation in general, we recommend pre-booking lessons further in advance to assure your preferred date/time.
