If you need to change the date, time, or other details of your booking, you can request a modification. Please note that all changes are subject to the activity provider's availability and policies.
To request a change, please follow these two steps:

Check availability with the activity provider
First, please contact your activity provider directly through your customer account to discuss the change you would like to make. This is the fastest way to confirm if they can accommodate your request. You can find instructions on how to message them here: How to contact the activity provider. -
Send your official request to us
Once the activity provider has agreed to the change, you can send your request to our support team here. Please include all the details of the new arrangement in your message so we can officially update your booking for you.
