What happens to my payment if my booking is declined?

We are sorry your booking request was declined by the activity provider. Please be assured that you will be fully refunded.

When your booking is declined, we immediately reverse the transaction.

  • If you paid by credit card, the temporary preauthorization (which may appear as a pending charge) is cancelled.
  • If you paid with PayPal, Apple Pay or bank transfer, a full refund is issued to your original payment method.

It can take up to 10 business days for your bank to process this reversal and for it to be reflected in your account
