Why do I need to update my payment details?

Very rarely, a booking request could take longer to be accepted, and you will need to update your payment details. This happens as the pre-authorization on your credit card cannot be stored forever and automatically expires after a few days. In order to receive your booking confirmation, you just have to enter your credit card number again. But, don't worry! You are not going to be charged twice for the booking, you will only see one payment in your card's transactions.

The easiest way to update your payment details is via your CheckYeti profile. Just log in your CheckYeti account, go to "Bookings" and then click on "Update payment details" and fill in the missing data. As soon as this is done, you will receive the booking confirmation via email.
