# What are the cancellation policies at checkyeti?
checkyeti offers three different cancellation policies: Flexi, Standard, and Strict. The policy assigned to your activity determines the refund amount if you need to cancel.
**Flexi**
\- Full refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the activity.
**Standard**
\- Full refund if you cancel up to 31 days before the start of the activity.
\- 80% refund if you cancel between 30 and 8 days before the start of the activity.
\- 50% refund if you cancel between 7 days and 24 hours before the start of the activity.
**Strict**
\-90% refund if you cancel up to 31 days before the start of the activity.
\- 50% refund if you cancel between 30 and 8 days before the start of the activity.
**How to Find Your Specific Policy**
There are two easy ways to see which cancellation policy applies to your booking:
1. **Booking Confirmation Email**: The policy is clearly stated in the booking confirmation PDF that was attached to the email you received after booking.
2. **Your checkyeti Account**: Log in to your account and go to the ***Bookings*** section. Click to see the details of your booking, and the cancellation policy will be displayed there.
