For your safety, an activity provider may need to cancel a booking due to **dangerous weather conditions** or other unforeseen circumstances. The final decision always rests with the activity provider. If an activity needs to be cancelled, the activity provider will inform you as soon as possible. Please be aware that our partners do their best to run the activity as planned. This means they might wait until the last moment to make a final decision, which could result in a last-minute communication. If you are unsure about the status of your activity, we recommend **contacting the activity provider directly**. Should your activity be cancelled by the provider, you will generally have two options: - **Reschedule the activity for another date**, if possible. - **Cancel the booking** if rescheduling is not an option.
