You can cancel a booking request as long as its status is waiting for confirmation. This means the activity provider has not yet accepted your request, and your payment method has not been charged (to learn more about how booking requests work, you can read our article here).
To cancel your request, you can:
- Contact the activity provider directly. Send a message to the activity provider via the checkyeti chat to let them know you wish to cancel. They can then decline the request on their end.
- Contact our support team. You can send your request to our support team here, and we will take care of the cancellation for you.
Once everything is done, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
