If you want to cancel a booking request that has not been accepted yet ("waiting for confirmation" status), these are the steps to follow:
- Inform the provider via the CheckYeti messaging chat here that you are not interested anymore in your request, so they won't accept your booking and the charge of the amount won't take place.
- Send our operational team a request here for cancelling your request, and they will take care of it.
You will receive an email informing about the cancellation of the request once is done!
