I got an alternative proposal from the provider, but it doesn't suit my schedule. What can I do?

If the activity provider sends you an alternative offer that doesn’t suit you, you can choose to reject it.

The steps to decline the offer depend on how you received it:

  • If you received the offer via the checkyeti messaging platform: You will get an email notification. Please access the chat in your checkyeti account and let the activity provider know you are not interested. They will then decline your request.
  • If you received the offer directly by email: You can click the Reply to alternative button in the email to decline it immediately. Alternatively, you can do nothing: the offer will automatically expire after the time period set by the activity provider, and your booking request will expire.

Once your request is canceled, your full refund will be processed. The refund timing and method depend on the payment method used (you can find more information here).
