I got an alternative proposal from the provider, but it doesn't suit my schedule. What can I do?

If the alternative does not suit you, you just need to log into your CheckYeti account, click on "Messages" and let the provider know that you can not accept the alternative date/time. The provider will decline your booking, and you will be fully refunded
