Help during booking process
Are you trying to book but you get an error message? Here you can find what could be the issue and how to fix it
- Issue: Invalid card number, expiry date or CVV/CVC
- Issue: Payment was not successful, please choose a different payment method
- Issue: Payment was refused by your bank, maximum limit on your credit card reached
- Issue: Payment was refused by your bank. Contact your bank to complete the payment
- Issue: Your credit card is registered in a country that our payment provider does not accept
- Issue: Logo keeps loading and you don't receive a booking confirmation email
