# I haven't received any email after the booking. What should I do?
If you have completed your booking but can't find your confirmation email, don't worry. Here are a few simple steps you can take to resolve the issue.
1. **Check your spam or junk folder**
Sometimes, automated emails are accidentally filtered away from your main inbox. Please take a moment to check your spam or junk folder, as well as any other tabs you might have (like "Promotions" or "Updates").
2. **Check if the activity is on booking request**
Some activities are not confirmed instantly. If your booking is a booking request, the confirmation email is only sent after the activity provider manually accepts it.
3. **Consider a typo in the email address**
A common reason for a missing confirmation is a small typo in the email address provided during booking.
