# I got an alternative proposal from the provider, but it doesn't suit my schedule. What can I do?
If the activity provider sends you an alternative offer that doesn’t suit you, you can choose to reject it.
The steps to decline the offer depend on how you received it:
- **If you received the offer via the checkyeti messaging platform**: You will get an email notification. Please access the chat in your checkyeti account and let the activity provider know you are not interested. They will then decline your request.
- **If you received the offer directly by email**: You can click the ***Reply to alternative*** button in the email to decline it immediately. Alternatively, you can do nothing: the offer will automatically expire after the time period set by the activity provider, and your booking request will be refused.
Once your request is canceled, **your full refund will be processed**. The refund timing and depend on the payment method used (you can find more information [here](https://help.checkyeti.com/en/customer-help/what-happens-to-my-payment-if-my-booking-is-declined?hsLang=en)).
